You acknowledge and understand that we have no control for the content of the job listings or other information posted on our Job Board. LEAZ, Inc’s job search results are indexed in an automated manner and we do not have any obligation to screen these jobs. LEAZ, Inc. also does not promise to include any job in its search results and may exclude any job link for any reason or for no reason. We cannot confirm that users or employers are who they claim to be. LEAZ, Inc. assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job listing, information, or web site that is either included in LEAZ, Inc.’s search results or linked to by the Website.

The Website contains links to other sites on the Internet which are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the “External Sites”). You acknowledge that LEAZ, Inc. is not responsible for the availability of, or the materials located on or through any External Sites.

Use of the LEAZ, Inc. website on or through online and/or mobile services, web sites, and software provided on or in connection with the services or web sites (collectively, the “Website”) is subject to all applicable LEAZ, Inc. terms and policies which may be modified at any time. You shall not use any information obtained from the Website except for internal use in selecting and contacting prospective job candidates.

You expressly agree that in purchasing or obtaining access to our Website, you agree that you are paying LEAZ, Inc. the amount indicated so that LEAZ, Inc. will send an email message indicating your interest to the email address that the relevant resume submitter has provided to LEAZ, Inc. We do not guarantee that the email address is still in use, that the email is received, that the email is read, that the email is acted upon by any potential candidate or that the candidate’s resume is valid in all respects.

EMPLOYER INFORMATION

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to LEAZ, Inc. is correct and current. You represent to LEAZ, Inc. that you are an employer interested in considering the person on the relevant resume as a potential employee.

PAYMENT POLICY

You shall be charged according to the subscription price plan indicated by our website or the amount agreed upon by you and a LEAZ, Inc. representative.

You are responsible for paying all taxes and government charges, and reasonable expenses and attorney fees LEAZ, Inc. incurs collecting late amounts.

You waive all claims relating to subscription renewal charges unless claimed within 24 hours after the renewal charge date.

It is your responsibility to log in to your LEAZ, Inc. subscription account to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date, if needed. All subscription accounts are self-service. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of your subscription. You agree that you will not cancel credit card charges via arrangements with your credit card issuer.

Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of LEAZ, Inc. and only in the form of credit for LEAZ, Inc. website services. You acknowledge and agree that any credit card and related billing and payment information that you provide to LEAZ, Inc. may be shared by LEAZ, Inc. with companies who work on LEAZ, Inc.’s or your behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to LEAZ, Inc. and servicing your account. LEAZ, Inc. may also provide such information in response to valid legal process, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. LEAZ, Inc. shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information by such third parties.
